Exhibitor Door Prize Program:

The Door Prize program is extremely popular among attendees and a great way for your organization to collect attendee names and contact information. Simply collect names at your booth then come to the Resource Center during your assigned time to pull a winner from your collection and have it announced throughout the exhibit hall. All door prize items and the times they will be announced will be listed in the conference app. Submit your item for the Dam Safety 2018 Door Prize Program now!

Drink Tickets:

If you would like to pre-purchase drink tickets to be handed out to attendees at your booth or for your staff to use during the Monday and Tuesday night receptions please download the Drink Ticket order form and return it to Ross Brown at your earliest convenience. The bars during both receptions will be cash bars and all attendees will be able to purchase drinks directly from the bars. This service is provided to assist those looking to provide drinks to clients/prospect and those wanting to easily purchase multiple drinks on one transaction. Please note drink prices are set by the Washington State Convention Center and include applicable tax (10.6%) and service fees (20%) that ASDSO pays on all conference purchases. Pricing may not be changed. Once purchased, no refunds will be provided for unused tickets. All tickets must be purchased by Monday, September 10th at noon to be delivered prior to the opening reception.

Overnight Accomodations:

The Sheraton is completely sold out of all guestrooms for the nights of Tuesday and Wednesday, September 11-12.

ASDSO recommends that attendees call A Room With A View for information on availability of rooms at Seattle hotels, including downtown properties within walking distance to the Convention Center. A Room With A View can be contacted at 1-800-780-4343. Monday- Friday 9am – 5pm CST. International attendees can reach them at reservations@aroomwithaview.net. This is a free reservation service for Dam Safety 2018 attendees. NOTE: If you have a current reservation at the Sheraton Hotel and you need to cancel it, please notify A Room With A View first. They may be able to transfer your reservation to another attendee who is seeking to be in the host hotel.

And finally please remember, do not respond to anyone who contacts you offering to assist with conference housing. The only secure way to book a guestroom is through a contact that you have initiated, either with a hotel property or with A Room with A View reservation service.
