Dam Safety 2019: Exhibitor Toolbox

Thank you for your participation in Dam Safety 2019! We are excited to have you join us September 8-12 at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando. Below you will find information to assist you in the planning of your Dam Safety 2019 participation. A few key links are also included on the right-hand side under 'In This Section'. Please keep in mind all dates and times listed below are specific to the exhibit hall and exhibitor participation, please review the complete agenda for additional information. Don’t forget to check back as more details will be added as we get closer to the conference.

Exhibit Package: Each exhibit comes with the following items: 1 full conference registration (all attendees MUST complete a separate registration form even if using the complimentary booth/sponsor registration), (1) 6' Skirted Table, (2) Plastic Contour Chairs, (1) Wastebasket, (1) ID Sign, (1) 110 Volt Outlet. Also please keep in mind the exhibit hall is carpeted and basic wireless is provided within the exhibit hall. Each exhibitor will receive a registration list, via email, approximately 2 weeks prior to the conference. The list will be sent to the logistics contact for each company.

Exhibitor Registration Information: Each 10x10 space comes with one (1) full conference registration. All attendees MUST complete a registration form even if using the complimentary booth/sponsor registration. Please note the names listed on the contract submitted for booth space are for logistic details only and do not constitute a registration, individuals must submit a separate registration form to be officially registered for the conference. Additional staff members may register for full-conference or exhibit staff only registrations. Learn more about all registration options.

Decorator and Contractor Information:

  • Decorator Information - GES will be the decorator for Dam Safety 2019. Watch for the Exhibitor Kit coming soon! 
  • Exhibitor Insurance - ASDSO has made it easier to secure insurance for your exhibit booth. Learn more about how you can secure your exhibitor insurance for only $84.
  • Lead Retrieval - New for 2019! ASDSO is pleased to offer exhibitors the opportunity to purchase a lead retrieval unit for the conference. Learn more!

Exhibitor Door Prize Program: The Door Prize program is extremely popular among attendees and a great way for your organization to collect attendee names and contact information. Simply collect names at your booth then come to the Resource Center during your assigned time to pull a winner from your collection and have it announced throughout the exhibit hall. All door prize items and the times they will be announced will be listed in the conference app. Submit your item for the Dam Safety 2019 Door Prize Program now by emailing Brittany Lewis at [email protected]!

Overnight Accommodations: ASDSO and the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando are offering attendees room for only $199 per night (plus tax). In addition, Dam Safety 2019 attendees can enjoy no-resort fees and complimentary front of line access for attendees wishing to visit a Universal theme park during their stay. To book your hotel room in the Dam Safety 2019 room block, visit the secure Loews reservation site or call the Loews Reservation Center at 866.360.7395 and reference the Dam Safety Conference. Please remember, do not respond to anyone who contacts you offering to assist with conference housing. The only secure way to book a guestroom is through a contact that you have initiated.

Park Tickets: ASDSO has secured discounted park tickets for both Universal Studios Orlando and Universal’s Islands of Adventure. Tickets are offered in two convenient formats. All Day Tickets ($123) provide admission to one park for one day during the conference week. After 2pm Tickets ($75) provide admission to one park from 2 pm - regular closing times. These tickets must be purchased for the day you want to attend. Please note, all park tickets are nonrefundable. Both the After 2pm Tickets and All Day Tickets are only good for regular park admission and not for the Halloween Horror Nights. Park hours vary.
