Chris Krebs is a vice president and manager of the GIS Division within Gannett Fleming's Geotechnical, Dams & Hydraulics business line and leads the integration of spatial technologies with the everyday engineering and planning practices of the firm. Chris possesses extensive Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Global Positioning System (GPS) expertise and knowledge regarding the development of applications related to engineering, specifically utility infrastructure inventory and data conversion, hydrologic and hydraulic (H&H) engineering model integration, digital terrain modeling, and master planning for a broad range of public and private sector clients. Responsibilities include leading business and professional staff development, managing GIS application development teams, and providing technical leadership and mentoring. He has significant experience with all phases of GIS implementation including needs assessments and strategic planning, spatial data modeling and database implementation, spatial analyses and mapping, mobile GIS, metadata development and dissemination, desktop and mobile application development, quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) plans, and training services.

Daniel Hunter, GISP

Daniel Hunter is a senior GIS analyst with Gannett Fleming’s Geotechnical, Dams & Hydraulics business line and has 15 years’ experience working to bring spatial solutions to the engineering community. His area of expertise consists of geographic information systems and remote sensing and workflow automation. From operating airborne sensors in the beginning of his career to his current role of streamlining complex engineering solutions, Daniel continues to blend the engineering and geospatial industries finding reward in solving complex tasks with spatial technologies. He is an FAA Certified Small Unmanned Aircraft System Remote Pilot, a member of the ASPRS, and has earned GISP and Esri Desktop professional certifications. Daniel holds a bachelor's degree from Shippensburg University in environmental science and a master's degree from Penn State University in geographic information systems.
