ASDSO has secured a limited number of rooms at The Glendale Renaissance Hotel & Spa for ASDSO West Regional Conference attendees at the reduced rate of $235 per night, plus tax. The special conference rate will end when all rooms have been reserved or on February 21, 2025, whichever comes first. All conference events, except the Kickoff and Field Trip, will be held at The Glendale Renaissance Hotel & Spa. Overnight self-parking is available at the Renaissance for $20 per night for hotel guests.
Want to extend your stay? Attendees wishing to arrive early or extend their stay can do so at the Renaissance, at the conference rate for up-to three days before or after the conference (while rooms are available).
Note to Attendees on Attrition:
ASDSO is financially liable for all contracted rooms at The Glendale Renaissance Hotel & Spa, whether they are all sold or not. This is why we respectfully ask attendees to take advantage of the discounted rate and book rooms within the meeting block if possible. Further, rooms booked within the block and then canceled after the cutoff date cannot be re-booked by ASDSO attendees. To reduce the amount of attrition fees charged to ASDSO, please only book the room nights that you expect to occupy during the conference. We work diligently to give you the best overall experience at the conference and ask for your continued support.
Housing Scam Alert:
There are companies who try to scam conference attendees with fraudulent hotel bookings. If you are contacted by a company claiming to be the official housing service for the conference, please do not do business with them. These companies are not affiliated with ASDSO. ASDSO does not have an official travel agent; nor does it utilize a guestroom housing service. The only way to reserve a hotel room at the ASDSO group rate is for YOU to initiate contact with The Glendale Renaissance Hotel & Spa by phone or online.
