  • Member Rate: $850 on or before March 6/$900 after March 6
  • Non-Member Rate: $950 on or before March 6/$1,000 after March 6

Cancellation Policy:

To receive a refund, all cancellation requests must be received in writing on or before March 13, 2018. All refunds received on or before the cut off date will receive a full refund minus a $75 processing fee. After March 13, 2018 no refunds will be given. 

PDH Information:

Attendees will receive up-to 24 professional development hours for the completion of all course work. New York State-licensed engineers: This course meets the eligibility requirements for continuing education credits in New York. In order to receive the NY certificate, participants must be present for the entirety of the seminar, sign the attendee list, and complete the learning assessment(s).

No ASDSO group blocks have been reserved, however, there are hotels located close to the seminar location and may offer government per diem or other discounted rates. For your convenience, a few hotels are listed below.

Parking is available in the meeting location for $28 daily. There are several lots within walking distance for as low as $10 daily.

What Should You Bring: 

Students should bring a calculator and a pad of paper. Those participating in the optional evening computer sessions should bring a laptop computer. We will send instructions for loading the required software in advance of the course. An engineer’s scale might be useful for some of the exercises.
