State responses to the following questions:
1. Does anyone have any experience with these specific options being used to line an emergency spillway?
2. Would other states allow any of these products to be used in the emergency spillway of a significant hazard dam?
3. If an emergency spillway were lined with any of these products, would any states consider that to be a “structural” spillway vs. a “non-structural” vegetated spillway?
4. Any other thoughts or guidance?
