Crack resistance of roller compacted concrete

"The characteristic of deformation is the most important index of crack resistance of RCC. Characteristics of deformation such as elastic modulus, ultimate elongation, creep, shrinkage, own volume deformation and temperature deformation, show that crack resistance of RCC is better than that of ordinary concrete. The parameter of crack resistance is a better method to evaluate crack resistance of RCC. The larger the parameter is, the better crack resistance of RCC becomes. Crack resistance of two gradated RCC is better than that of three gradated RCC, and crack resistance of RCC develops with age"
