EAP Release Policies

States' responses to the following request:

Information request from Hawaii (E. Matsuda):
1. Does your state release EAPs?
• If No, what justification, rationale do you use to withhold these?
• If Yes, what specific information do you withhold/redact beyond personal contact info, and are there any exceptions?
• What justification do you have for the exceptions?
2. Do you release inundation maps to the public?
• If Yes, inundation maps or evacuation maps or both? And how?
o What information is released/withheld?
• If No, what specific reason for not releasing?
Our intention is to release evacuation maps, we just would like to have some guidance on what we should be concerned with. EAPs we are still undecided, although it may be a bit late for this now.
