CE News and Structural Engineer were merged into Civil + Structural Engineering Magazine.

USACE research in the 70's and 80's resulted in the development of an HDPE geocell system, also know as "sand grid" or "geoweb". Article describes uses of CCSs and includes several figures which illustrate details of CCS applications, dimensions, anchorage, and costs.
