Questions: (1) Does your state release correspondence between dam owners and state dam officials, inspection reports written by state dam officials, and technical memorandums to the public and/or media upon request? (2) Does your state release dam statistical information such as dam owner, dam location, and federal hazard class, etc., if requested from the public or media? (3) Does your state have government codes/regulations that requires or restricts release of the above mentioned information?
