1. Describe any changes enacted in your state's dam safety liability laws with respect to owner liabiity and/or liability of state dam safety personnel. [Attach copy of legislation.]
2. Describe any lawsuits initiated against state dam safety personnel and results of such litigation that occurred in the past year.
3. Describe any other liability issues that would be of interest to other state dam safety personnel.
4. List insurance carriers in your state that insure dams. Include contact info if possible.
