GPS-Enabled Cameras for Inspection/ESRI Dam Safety Add In

Information request from New Mexico: The New Mexico Dam Safety Bureau is seeking to upgrade its fleet of cameras used for dam inspections, and we are interested in receiving camera recommendations. We would appreciate any advice on a pocket-sized camera that is GPS-enabled. Other features that we are interested in include an internal compass to record the photo direction, and a microphone to facilitate photo captioning by voice in the field. This is likely all possible with a smart phone app, so any recommendations on a good app would also be of interest. There was some discussion of this in a 2017 ASDSO survey and we will take note of the information relayed through that survey. On a related note, we saw that ESRI came out with a Dam Safety product recently. Any feedback from using this product would also be of interest.
