People, Technology, and Organization (PTO) Application to Emergency Preparedness Plans (EPP)

The overall goal of this project is to provide recommendations for the design of a “toolkit” which dam owners can use in order to apply PTO to evaluate gaps in the commonly accepted practice for dam safety emergency preparedness. In addition to the development of the toolkit addressing an integrated approach to emergency preparedness, this will also deliver on an improved understanding and training for dam owners in applying PTO to their specific Emergency Preparedness Plan processes during training and real events.
