ABSTRACT ONLY - The Consequence-Based Top Screen (CTS) methodology identifies and prioritizes facilities within the Dams Sector that have the potential for the greatest impact to their surrounding area in the event of a failure or disruption. Originally launched in 2009 by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, in coordination with Dams Sector partners, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency released a new web-based implementation tool in 2023. This presentation will feature an overview of the CTS methodology and new web-based tool for use by owners and operators.
