Security and Resilience of Dams

ABSTRACT ONLY - Effective security risk management to maintain operations and delivery of services depends on the ability of owners and operators to understand the risks to their facilities and operations and integrate a range of activities to manage those risks. This presentation will feature an overview of security risk, including examples of threats and adversaries, how security and safety intersect, the importance of reporting suspicious activity, and examples of ways to protect a dam against damage or loss caused by intentional acts.
