State responses to the following:
Oklahoma Dam Safety is in the process of updating its regulations and they are defining the requirements for a dam built without a permit to come into compliance. For embankment dams with no materials specifications and/or compaction test results, do other states require borings and if so, have you encountered problems due to the borings?
