The mission of the ASDSO Young Professionals Interest Group (YP Group) is to engage young professionals (under 40) in the dam safety community through ASDSO participation and service. As the future stewards of dam safety, Young Professionals are a vital part of the dam safety community and the long-term stability of ASDSO. The interest group will strive to increase membership within the Young Professionals demographic, plan and carry out ASDSO activities that are in line with the needs and interests of the rising generation, and encourage Young Professionals to participate in committee service or leadership roles within the Association.
