Terry Arnold

Terry is a registered Professional Engineer and is currently a senior dams and water resources engineer in the Denver office of AECOM. His professional career has been focused on dam engineering and dam safety services throughout the United States. Design and construction experience includes new dams, raises to existing dams, and rehabilitation of existing dams He has provided dam safety engineering services to the state dam safety programs, dam safety programs of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and Bureau of Indian Affairs, and dam safety rehabilitation projects for the Bureau of Reclamation and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

Michael Zusi
AECOM
Technical Leader

Mike has more than 25 years of experience designing spillways, outlet works, and conveyance features, including both new and rehabilitation projects for water storage dams, diversion dams, and flood control structures. As a design manager, Mike has performed structural engineering, plans and specification development, and construction management services. As a senior engineer, Mike also performs independent reviews for various projects across the United States in both the public and private sectors.

Casey Robertson
AECOM
Water Resources Engineer 

Casey is a water resources engineer on the AECOM Denver Dams and Reservoirs Team.  Casey has more than 20 years of experience in dam-related hydrologic and hydraulic modeling. Casey also has extensive experience in general dam design, spillway design, outlet works design, and has served as the design manager on many projects throughout the United States, Brazil, and Australia. Over the past five years, Casey has been traveling to Brazil as part of the auditing team responsible for the oversight of the reconstruction and restoration works being undertaken following the Fundao and Brumadinho dam failures in 2015 and 2019, respectively.
