Jeffrey is the chief of the Environmental and Geological Services Section in PA DEP’s Bureau of Waterways Engineering and Wetlands, Division of Wetlands, Encroachments, and Training. His educational background is in biology and botany. His career working for federal and state water-related regulatory programs began in 1994, and the last decade has focused on aquatic resource restoration and legacy sediment.

Josh is the water program specialist in the Environmental and Geological Services Section in PA DEP’s Bureau of Waterways Engineering and Wetlands, Division of Wetlands, Encroachments, and Training.  His educational background is in general biology and fisheries and applied ecology. He worked in consulting before working for PA DEP. His focus since 2012 has been on environmental reviews for dam-related projects, primarily dam removals and aquatic resource restoration.
