Incident DescriptionDam started overtopping around 4 am, and overtopping continued until 10 or 11 am. Overtopping flow was confined to one location and due to the clay core of the dam only minor erosion occurred.

Additional Remarks or UpdatesAdequate warning was provided to remove spillway flashboards several days prior to the storm to lower pond level in advance, which helped to minimize damage.
