ResponseNotified State official and the on-call engineer right away. Started pumping the seepage collection pond, suspended plant operation and mobilized construction equipments to construct additional seepage berms and buttress to the dam embankment.

Additional Remarks or UpdatesDam embankment was stabilized by Jan 1, 2018. Subsequent works to assess the cause and implement a permanent repair continued. The repair was completed in March 2018 and the dam was returned to full operation.
