Incident DescriptionSimply appears dam overtopped during the heavy rainfall associated with Hurricane Florence and suffered headcut erosion on the downstream slope at location of primary spillway. Auxiliary spillway is a concrete chute but is severely restricted by "orifice" at outlet.
