Incident DescriptionPipe Collapse: Owner siphoned water level down to discover erosion in vicinity of riser. Probable failure of riser, riser elbow or outlet pipe. Corrogated metal pipe riser developed signficant holes that drained the pond. Date of failure is estimated to be late spring of 2022. No known risks to embankment that may cause breach failure of dam.
