Incident DescriptionPartial Failure: Received at text at 3:43 pm from John Fogg Dam Safety Program Manager at Dept. of Wildlife Resources that a steel sheet pile broke loose at Chandler Mill Dam causing a controlled impoundment breach-release. A stage III was called VDEM, NWS, VDOT and Westmoreland and Richmond County Emergency Management were notified along with DCR. Photos sent. Site is active construction site and equipment is high and dry. Contractor on site
