Henrik is a licensed/registered Professional Engineer with 20 years of experience as a Civil/Structural Engineer. The majority of his professional career has focused on dam safety related projects, working with private, federal, and local/municipal clients. He has experience in condition assessment, analysis, evaluation, design and construction management of concrete and embankment dams, and appurtenant hydraulic structures and conveyance features such as intake and outlet works, spillways, penstocks, and canals.

Amanda Clarke is a Geotechnical Engineer with an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering. She has experience in engineering analysis, potential failure modes analysis (PFMA), geotechnical investigations, and construction oversight. Amanda has supported quantitative and semi-quantitative risk analyses as a recorder for earthfill dams. Amanda’s construction experience includes inspections of earthworks projects and construction oversight of earthfill dams.

Golsa is a Structural Engineer with a Ph.D. focused on research and implementation of probabilistic nonlinear seismic analysis of dams affected by alkali-aggregate reaction (AAR). Her professional experience includes evaluation, linear and non-linear analysis, and design of concrete dams and appurtenant concrete hydraulic structures.
