Dam Safety 2025: Policies and Procedures
1) Cancellation Policies- A cancellation fee of $100 will be applied to all conference registration or workshop cancellations received prior to September 5, 2025. No refunds will be given after September 5, 2025. Field trip cancellations received by September 5, 2025, will incur a $25 cancel fee. No refunds will be given after September 5, 2025.
2) Attendee Privacy Notice- ASDSO shares basic conference attendee contact information with our sponsors and exhibitors. Prior to the conference exhibitors and sponsors receive your name, company, title, mailing and email address to verify conference attendance. Exhibitors and sponsors are permitted to use the contact list only one time prior to the event. You may opt out of having your information shared with exhibitors and sponsors at any time by visiting the ASDSO Portal. To opt-out, in the My Profile section of the Portal simply click on “Edit My Information” then scroll to the bottom of the page and check the box next to “ASDSO Partner Announcements Opt-Out” under the Other Information section.
ASDSO does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as age, race, religion, or political affiliation, with our partners, sponsors, or exhibitors.
ASDSO will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on ASDSO or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of ASDSO; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of ASDSO attendees, or the public.
