Bill has over 18 years of experience in dam engineering—17 of which were gained in positions with the Bureau of Reclamation and Denver Water, where he worked on projects for over 100 different dams. Bill has extensive experience in the evaluation, design, and construction of concrete and embankment dams and appurtenant structures. Bill is a registered Professional Engineer in CO, ND, SD, and WY.

Tyler Sporisky

Civil Engineer

Tyler is a relatively newer addition to the Bureau of Reclamation since starting in 2022. He specializes in finite element analysis of dams and spillways and has worked on investigations and risk analysis for over a dozen dams. Tyler graduated from Texas A&M with a B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2021, and a M.Eng in Mechanical Engineering in 2022.
