Registration for the Southeast Regional Conference is now open.

Full Conference Registrations:
- ASDSO Members: $600 on or before March 15/$650 after March 15
- Non-Members: $650 on or before March 15/$700 after March 15
- Honorary Members: $125
- Student Registration: $0 (Fee waived for full-time university students with I.D.)
Single Day Registrations:
- ASDSO Members: $350 on or before March 15/$400 after March 15
- Non-Members: $400 on or before March 15/$450 after March 15
Limited Access Registrations:
- Guest Registration: $125
- Booth Staff Registration: $175 on or before March 15/$225 after March 15 - Booth staff registration provides access to the exhibit hall and all functions held within the exhibit hall including continental breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, the evening reception in the exhibit hall (Tuesday), and lunch on Wednesday. Booth staff registration does not provide access to the general or concurrent sessions.
Conference Policies:
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: To receive a refund, notice of cancellation must be received by March 22, 2024. After March 22, 2024 registration fees are no longer refundable. All conference refunds are subject to a $75 processing fee.
- Field Trip Cancellation and Refund Policy: To receive a refund, a notice of cancellation must be received by March 22, 2024. After March 22, 2024 field trip registration fees are subject to a $25 processing fee.
- Attendee Privacy Notice: ASDSO shares basic conference attendee contact information with our sponsors and exhibitors. Prior to the conference exhibitors and sponsors receive your name, company, title, mailing and email address to verify conference attendance. Exhibitors and sponsors are permitted to use the contact list only one time prior to the event. You may opt out of having your information shared with exhibitors and sponsors at any time by visiting the ASDSO Portal. To opt-out, in the My Profile section of the Portal simply click on “Edit My Information” then scroll to the bottom of the page and check the box next to “ASDSO Partner Announcements Opt-Out” under the Other Information section. ASDSO does not use or disclose sensitive personal information, such as age, race, religion, or political affiliation, with our partners, sponsors, or exhibitors. ASDSO will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on ASDSO or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of ASDSO; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of ASDSO attendees, or the public.
