Southeast Regional Conference: Registration Information
Registration for the Southeast Regional Conference is now open.  
 
Register Online • Download Registration Form - Registration forms can be returned to ASDSO via email or mailed to 239 S. Limestone, Lexington, KY 40508. 
 
Full Conference Registrations:
  • ASDSO Members: $525 on or before November 20/$575 after November 20
  • Non-Members: $575 on or before November 20/$625 after November 20
  • Honorary Members: $100
  • Student Registration: $0 (Fee waived for full-time university students with I.D.)
Single Day Registrations:
  • ASDSO Members: $275 on or before November 20/$325 after November 20
  • Non-Members: $325 on or before November 20/$375 after November 20
Limited Access Registrations:
  • Guest Registration: $100
  • Booth Staff Registration: $125 on or before November 20/$175 after November 20 - Booth staff registration provides access to the exhibit hall and all functions held within the exhibit hall including continental breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the evening reception in the exhibit hall (Tuesday). Booth staff registration does not provide access to the general or concurrent sessions.

  • November 29 – Conference Kickoff Event
  • December 2 - Field Trip - $95
Conference Registration Policies:
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy: To receive a refund, notice of cancellation must be received by November 20, 2020.  After November 20 2020 registration fees are no longer refundable. All conference refunds are subject to a $75 processing fee.
  • Field Trip Cancellation and Refund Policy: To receive a refund, notice of cancellation must be received by November 20, 2020.  After November 20, 2020 field trip registration fees are subject to a $25 processing fee. 
  • Kickoff event tickets are nonrefundable.
