New Norwegian guidelines for risk assessment

Guidelines for risk assessment, as applied to dams, gates, and penstocks developed by the Norwegian Electricity Industry
Association were discussed. The guidelines consisted of a general section, a section describing risk analysis methods, and a section
covering the requirements as to how the risk analysis could be taken.
