The Training Aids for Dam Safety (TADS) Program is a federal and state supported training program designed to train a wide variety of individuals responsible for, or directly or indirectly involved in dam safety. Potential users include engineers and technicians; dam owners, managers and administrators; and public officials and the general public. TADS consists of a series of instructional modules that are self-contained, self-paced text with video. The modules can be combined in unique ways tailored to individuals or organizational needs, eliminating the often too general, time-consuming, expensive training programs.
