Registration for the West Regional Conference is now open!
Full Conference Registrations:
- ASDSO Members: $600 on or before February 21/$650 after February 21
- Non-Members: $650 on or before February 21/$700 after February 21
- Honorary Members: $125
- Student Registration: $0 (Fee waived for full-time university students with I.D.)
Single Day Registrations:
- ASDSO Members: $350 on or before February 21/$400 after February 21
- Non-Members: $400 on or before February 21/$450 after February 21
Limited Access Registrations:
- Guest Registration: $125
- Booth Staff Registration: $175 on or before February 21/$225 after February 21 - Booth staff registration provides access to the exhibit hall, and all functions held within the exhibit hall, including continental breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the evening reception in the exhibit hall (Tuesday). Booth staff registration does not provide access to the general or concurrent sessions.
Extra Activities:
- March 10 – Kickoff Event $25
- March 13 – Field Trip: Tempe Town Dam $125
Conference Policies & Procedures:
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: To receive a refund, notice of cancellation must be received by February 21, 2025. After February 21, 2025 registration fees are no longer refundable. All conference refunds are subject to a $75 processing fee.
- Field Trip Cancellation and Refund Policy: To receive a refund, a notice of cancellation must be received by February 21, 2025. After February 21, 2025 field trip registration fees are subject to a $25 processing fee.
