Lead Consequence Specialist
Jason is the lead consequence specialist for the USACE Risk Management Center (RMC). He specializes in risk analysis and consequence estimation. Jason leads the USACE research and development efforts focused on dam and levee screening risk assessments and understanding the potential loss of life from flooding. He has a B.S. in civil engineering from New Mexico State University, a M.S. in water resources engineering from UC Davis, and is a registered professional engineer in the state of California.
